Taronga Zoo

19Sep10

Taronga Zoo is a must to visit if you come to Sydney for a short break.  It is home to more than 2600 animals on an elevated 21 hectares of land overlooking the most beautiful part of Sydney, including the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.  We used the Captain Cook Zoo Express service departing from the Circular Quay, then the sky safari to the top entrance of the zoo.  And, all that for less than $50pp!
