Spring in Toodyay

28Sep10

On Monday long weekend we decided to head north of Perth in search of some wildflowers.  Originally we were deciding whether to stay a night north in some town so we could have more time to explore and travel further but decided against the idea.  We were not disappointed because we did find some amazing wild everlasting bloom near Toodyay and we had a great lunch at the Cola Cafe/Restaurant in Toodyay.  If you ever venture into Toodyay, have a bite at the Cola Restaurant and visit their wonderful Coka-Cola museum collections, it’s just simply brilliant!

    Love the last 4 shots
Really nice lanscape (girs is also nice )

Nice spring for sure in that field there are plenty bugs for macro,… and also for sume some spiders,…

    lol

  2. Hymm…the only bugs I could find were bees. Still having no luck with spiders, probably because instead of grabbing macro lens, I grab my insect spray every time I spot a spider 🙂
