Chin Sun Yen (Green Hill Temple)

29Apr11

Green Hill Temple or as Hokkien people call it “Cheh Sua” is a very popular temple among the Chinese living in Kuching and it’s a must-go temple during the Chinese New Year for locals to pray for good luck and good fortune in the new year.  It is situated on top of a tranquil hill overlooking a small Malay fishing village, it is also one of the most beautiful temples in Kuching.  Unfortunately during our visit, the weather was not the best but that was no excuse for some crappy shots!  My bad!
